Me, a model

It is surprisingly hard to get someone. Anyone (!!!) to model for Re-Enchanted. So, I had to man up and do it myself. In turn realising why I would hate to be a model! Needless to say, it required a helping hand for that great confidence provider- alcohol!

Sooooo, i'm a bit rubbish!

I think it is because I a) forget what the blog is called, b) can never remember my own name, never mind a password, c) I am a terrible writer and d) I am terribly good at making excuses!

So I am all up and running as a registered business and everything! (I say that, I have to wait and see what the glorious people at the HMRC have to say on the mater!).

I have been opening the shop up a little too. It is very slow, had a few people come in off the cusp and had a sale! Whoop! But I have not been advertising and nor do I have set opening hours. I am also trying to cut down on the amount of fairs we are currently doing. The market is struggling at the moment, and however much I love the social aspect it is just not worth the time which could be spent advertising and selling stock. I am now concentrating on the shop and internet. I am hoping to meet with a web designer very shortly and get Re-Enchanted on the net! We will still be keeping our regular slots at The Little Vintage Fair @ The Pioneer Crosby and The Latin Lounge, Southport, plus Retro Sunday's @ LEAF Bold Street. We will also let you know about any upcoming Flossie's as well!

Catch Up

That is all I ever seem to do on here! Give you a catch up! Sorry, been a bit quiet, I some how forget I have this blog!

Well, we have in the past month had our regular Retro Sunday at LEAF vintage fair, although it was on one of the hottest days of the year, so we of course all missed out on the sun! Not actually bothered as I had developed one of the worse cases of hay fever cold on record. FACT. Well, it bloody felt like it anyway.

Either way, it was still a good day, and we had a fair bit of custom. So thanks to all who gave up the precious sun and came shopping!

   We also had our 3rd Flossie's at The Forum in Ormskirk.. It was an amazing day, so busy! There was a European Food market on, which obviously helped, even though my fair was sooooo much better and cooler"! We even got a mention on a blog! Check it out at:

We had to miss The Little Vintage Fair at Woodwards this Bank holiday Jubilee as I was in Barcelona for my birthday!Had an amazing time, gutted as always to be home! Heard they had a great time and looking forward to the next one!

We will of course be at The Little Vintage Fair this Saturday (16th June) 1-5pm at The Pioneer in Crosby so don't miss out!

Sat next to my balcony watching that it is sunny and I am not actually out there. The joys of being self employed! Ha!

Photo shoot

Sorry for not posting a while! Yet again, I am a pain! Did a little photo shoot today (my first one!) as I want to get on to ASOS market place to sell my items! It is all very exciting and very fun! Plus got to catch up with a lovely friend of mine I have not seen in years! Here are a few of my favourite snaps!

Vintage Fairs

Got soooo many fairs coming up! First one is this Saturday at The Pioneer Bar in Crosby. Was such a fun atmosphere last time, especially as it was a races special! Got to help the ladies to pick there outfits and we were all involved in styling together. Although we are obviously all in 'competition' it is never like that. We are all so supportive of one another and help each others sales. One big vintage family! Take a look at some of the photies from the last fair!

Then we have the fabulous Retro Sunday on Sunday (really?!) at Leaf on Bold Street. Always have a great day here, and such an amazing venue. The vintage fair market is getting quite saturated, especially in Liverpool, but this is the original, and best fair, and if you want quality vintage, retro and restyled, then this is the place to be! We are there every month on the last Sunday, so no excuse to miss out! Plus the food is fab there!

We have lots more fairs coming up! Will be keeping you updated with the next lots!

Upcoming news

We have a couple of weekends off now until the end April. Have been the races this weekend at Aintree and trying to avoid all things football (and Liverpool FC related!) Plus, off to Centre Parcs next weekend, so keeping ones self busy for now. We are still off buying some lovely purchases, and will upload some to tantilise your vintage and retro tasetbuds!

Need to get back making and re-styling more outfits and jewellery. Need to get the craft bug back!
